Sottimano winery is located at the core of Barbaresco area. Vineyards are the most important part of our estate; we respect and preserve the delicate balance between soils and the ecosystem. All of Barbaresco 'crus' are given the same treatment in the vineyards and in the cellar as to allow the individual and unique 'terroirs' express their character.
