Blanchard Perez is a modern Cava brand with deep Old World roots, founded by Andrés Blanchard Perez, a fourth-generation winegrower from Argentina, to honor his family’s winemaking heritage in Spain. Sourced from vineyards in Penedès, the historic heartland of Cava production, Blanchard Perez represents a thoughtful balance of tradition, authenticity, and today’s evolving consumer preferences.

 

Crafted using the traditional method with a minimum of 14 months of bottle aging on fine lees, the wines are fresh and expressive. It showcases notes of green apple, pear, and tropical fruit, with lively acidity and a long, polished finish .

The Brut Cava contains at least 60% less sugar than Prosecco, just 105 calories per 5oz serving, and is made with organic grapes.

 

The Brut Cuvée goes even further, offering a low-alcohol 8.5% ABV, only 80 calories per serving, and 10g/L of sugar, while still delivering bright fruit, balanced bubbles, and a satisfying mouthfeel.
