Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Lobos1707 Tequila Reposado or Mezcal
- .5 oz Aperol
- 2 oz Apple Cider
- 1 oz Sparkling Apple Juice
- .5 oz Cinnamon Syrup
- Squeeze of Lemon
- Optional: cranberry juice ice cubes
Directions
Combine all ingredients except sparkling apple juice in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into a glass over fresh ice. Top off with sparkling apple juice. Garnish with rosemary and a smoking cinnamon stick.
Add 2-3 cubes of unsweetened cranberry juice ice if desired.
Glass: Rocks or wine glass
Garnish: cinnamon stick & smoking rosemary
