Ingredients

  • 2oz Lobos 1707 Joven
  • 1oz fresh lime juice
  • 1oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2oz agave simple (directions below)
  • 1/2oz orange curaçao or triple sec
  • 3 thin slices of Cucumbers
  • 2 thin slices of jalapeños
  • Tajin or Salt rim
  • Pineapple leaf garnish

 

Directions

First, you want to put done a generous portion of Tajin on a dish plate. Then you prep the
rocks glass. With a orange cut in half, rub it along the rim of the glass and roll it over the
Tajin until desired amount. Add ice.

Now to create the cocktail, add all ingredients in to shaking glass, add ice, cover with small
shaker and shake vigorously for 8-12 seconds. When done, remove small shaker and
strain in to rocks glass. For the pineapple leaf garnish, simply remove one leaf from the top
of a fresh pineapple.

Directions Agave Simple:

Combine equal parts agave nectar and hot water and stir to dissolve. Let cool completely
before using. Store in the refrigerator between uses for up to one month.
