This delicious cocktail features Le Chemin du Roi's Brut Champagne and Branson VS Phantom Cognac.
INGREDIENTS
Single Drink
- 1 oz Branson VS Phantom Cognac
- 0.5 oz Simple syrup
- 0.5 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 3 oz Le Chemin du Roi Brut Champagne
1 Gallon Batch
- 25 oz Branson VS Phantom Cognac
- 13 oz Simple syrup
- 13 oz Fresh lemon juice
- 75 oz Le Chemin du Roi Brut Champagne
DIRECTIONS
Without the Champagne, build the drink in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass or Champagne flute. Top with 3 oz of Le Chemin du Roi Brut Champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.
