This refreshing drink combines the crispness of fall apples with the effervescence of bubbly, topped with a dash of cinnamon for that perfect seasonal touch.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 1 cup Champagne or sparkling wine
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Apple slices (for garnish)
  • Cinnamon sticks (for garnish)
     

Directions

Combine the apple cider, maple syrup, and ground cinnamon. Stir well until fully mixed.

 

Fill four champagne flutes halfway with the apple cider mixture.

 

Slowly top each flute with Champagne, allowing it to fizz and blend.

 

Garnish with thin apple slices and a cinnamon stick in each glass.
