Cool off with a refreshing Champagne-infused fruit salad bursting with summer flavors.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Champagne
  • 2 cups of strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 cup of pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup of kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
     

Directions

In a large bowl, combine all the fruit. Pour Champagne over the fruit and gently stir to coat. Drizzle honey over the salad and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh mint leaves.
