Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 6 thick slices of brioche or challah
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

1. Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a shallow bowl.

2. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly butter.

3. Dip bread slices into the egg mixture, allowing them to soak briefly.

4. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 2–3 minutes per side.
