Sparkling Prickly Pear Margarita

Perfectly made using Blanchard Perez Organic Brut.

Ingredients (Serves 4)

• 1 oz. Tequila
• 4 oz. Blanchard Perez Organic Brut
• ¾ oz. Monin® Desert Pear® Syrup
• 2 oz. Fresh Lime Sour

GARNISHES:

Lime, prickly pear

PREPARATION:

1. Roll to Mix.
2. Fill serving glass full of ice.
3. Pour ingredients into serving glass in order listed.
4. Pour mixture into mixing tin and back into serving glass to mix.
5. Add garnish and serve.
