Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of red wine (Syrah or Grenache)
  • 1/2 cup hibiscus tea, chilled
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced
  • Basil leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes

 

Directions

In a pitcher, combine red wine with chilled hibiscus tea and honey. Stir until the honey is fully dissolved. Add sliced strawberries and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to enhance the fruity infusion. Pour over ice in glasses, garnish with basil leaves.
