A low-abv refresher ideal for long summer afternoons.

 

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 bottle rosé
  • Lemon slices, for garnish

 

Directions

Combine cane sugar and water in a saucepan and bring to boil for 3 to 5 minutes until the sugar is dissolved completely. Remove from heat.

 

Add freshly squeezed lemon juice to the simple syrup, and allow the mixture to cool completely.

 

Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour equal parts lemonade and rosé, and enjoy.
