Combining the essence of seasonal fruits and warm spices, this recipe offers a refreshing yet cozy drink perfect for holiday gatherings. The bright acidity of rosé harmonizes beautifully with sweet pomegranate and aromatic cinnamon, creating a festive beverage that balances warmth with refreshment.

 

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of dry rosé (750 ml)
  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup brandy or orange liqueur
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 cup fresh pomegranate seeds
  • 1 orange, sliced
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
     

Directions

In a large pitcher, combine the rosé, pomegranate juice, orange juice, and brandy or orange liqueur.

 

Stir in the cinnamon stick and let the mixture infuse for at least one hour in the refrigerator.

 

Once infused, remove the cinnamon stick and add in the fresh pomegranate seeds, orange slices, and apple slices.

 

Serve the infusion in wine glasses over ice, garnishing each glass with fresh mint leaves.
