Inspired by county fair apple cider doughnuts, this Daiquiri is the perfect fall treat that will give your customers a true taste of fall.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ ounces spiced rum
- 1 ounce apple cider
- 1 ounce Demerara syrup
- ¼ ounce lemon juice
- ¼ ounce lime juice
- Cinnamon sugar, to rim half the glass (equal parts cinnamon and sugar)
Directions
In a dish or shallow bowl, combine cinnamon and sugar. Moisten half of the outer rim of a coupe glass. Roll moistened edge in cinnamon sugar to coat. Set aside.
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into the prepared coupe glass.
