Salmon marinated in sake, soy sauce, and ginger, then grilled to perfection. A juicy and flavorful dish with a hint of Asian-inspired taste.

 

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/2 cup sake
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp minced ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions

In a bowl, mix sake, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey, salt, and pepper.

Marinate salmon in the mixture for 30 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grate.

Grill salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.

Serve hot and enjoy!

Fill glass with ice and add sake. Stir until the fully incorporated. Pour unstrained into serving glass, top with seltzer and garnish with a sprig of mint and a strawberry.
