Ingredients
- 4 oz sake
- 2 oz cherry brandy
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 4 oz sparkling water
- Edible cherry blossoms (for garnish)
Directions
Fill a shaker with ice, sake, cherry brandy, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake well. Strain mixture into two glasses filled with ice. Top with sparkling water and stir gently. Garnish with edible cherry blossoms.
