In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, cranberry juice, pear brandy or liqueur, orange liqueur, sliced pears, fresh cranberries, and honey. Stir gently to combine.

 

Add the fresh rosemary sprigs to infuse a subtle herbal note. Adjust the amount of honey based on your desired level of sweetness.

 

Cover the pitcher and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.

 

Remove the rosemary sprigs just before serving.

 

Serve the Cranberry and Pear Sangria over ice in glasses, garnished with a fresh pear slice or cranberries if desired.
