Cool and refreshing frozen sangria made with juicy watermelon chunks and crisp white wine. Perfect for summer gatherings or hot days by the pool.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1 bottle white wine
  • 1/2 cup triple sec
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Directions

Place watermelon cubes in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour watermelon puree into a large pitcher. Add white wine, triple sec, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Stir well. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Pour sangria into a shallow baking dish and freeze for 3-4 hours. Remove from the freezer and let sit for a few minutes before scraping the frozen mixture with a fork to create a slushy texture. Scoop the frozen watermelon sangria into glasses and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
