Ingredients

  • 1 bottle white wine (Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
  • 1/2 cup ginger liqueur
  • 1 cup brewed and cooled green tea
  • Fresh ginger, thinly sliced
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup honey or agave syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes

Directions

Brew green tea and let it cool to room temperature.

 

In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, ginger liqueur, and brewed green tea.
