A vibrant and refreshing drink that captures the essence of spring. This sangria recipe blends the tropical sweetness of kiwi with the succulent taste of strawberries for a delightful and visually appealing beverage.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle rosé wine
  • 1/2 cup strawberry vodka
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Directions

Peel and slice the kiwis into rounds or halves. Hull and slice the strawberries.

In a large pitcher, combine the rosé wine and strawberry vodka. Add the sliced kiwis and strawberries to the mix.

Pour in the simple syrup, adjusting the sweetness to your liking. Stir the sangria base to ensure the flavors are well incorporated.

Place the sangria in the refrigerator to chill for at least 2 hours, allowing the fruits to infuse their flavors into the wine.

Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the kiwi strawberry sangria over the ice.

Just before serving, top each glass with a splash of sparkling water or club soda. This adds a refreshing effervescence to the sangria.

Garnish each glass with fresh mint leaves for a pop of color and added freshness.
