Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of white wine, chilled
  • 1/4 cup peach schnapps
  • 1/4 cup elderflower liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 green apple, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 pear, cored and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup green grapes, halved
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 2 cups sparkling water, chilled
  • Pomegranate arils for garnish

Directions

Wash and slice the green apple and pear. Halve the grapes.

Combine Ingredients:

In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, peach schnapps, elderflower liqueur, and white sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

Add the sliced apple, sliced pear, halved grapes, and rosemary sprigs to the pitcher. Stir gently to combine.

Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.

Just before serving, add chilled sparkling water to the sangria for a fizzy lift.

Pour the Let It Snow Sangria into glasses over ice.

Garnish each glass with pomegranate arils for a pop of color.
