This vibrant orange sangria combines juicy oranges, zesty lemon, and sweet strawberries with a splash of crisp white wine and a hint of brandy.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) dry white wine
  • 1 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
  • 1 large orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 2 cups club soda or lemon-lime soda
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes.

Directions

In a large pitcher, combine the white wine, orange juice, and brandy. If you like it sweeter, stir in the sugar until dissolved.

Add the thinly sliced orange, lemon, and halved strawberries to the pitcher. Gently stir the mixture to combine the flavors.

Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours, allowing the fruits to infuse into the drink.

Just before serving, add the club soda or lemon-lime soda for a bubbly finish. Stir gently to combine.

Fill glasses with ice cubes, pour the sangria over the ice, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
