  • 2 ripe mangos, peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1/2 red onion, finely diced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeds removed and finely diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons tequila
  • Salt and pepper to taste



In a bowl, combine the diced mango, finely diced red onion, diced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
