Crispy fried chicken with a spicy bourbon-infused batter, perfect for a fun and flavorful twist on a classic dish.

 

Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup bourbon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

 

Directions

In a bowl, mix bourbon, eggs, cayenne, paprika, salt, and pepper.

 

Coat chicken in bourbon mixture and let marinate for 1 hour.

 

Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.

 

Coat chicken in flour, then fry until golden brown and cooked through.

 

Serve hot and enjoy!
