Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of dry white wine (Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc)
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Pineapple chunks and mint leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes

     

Directions

In a blender, combine white wine, pineapple juice, coconut water, and honey. Blend until smooth and well combined. Pour over ice in glasses and garnish with pineapple chunks and mint leaves.
