Tender chicken simmered in aromatic white wine sauce with herbs.

 

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
     

Directions

Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Sear chicken in olive oil until golden.

Add chopped onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.

Pour in wine, broth, and thyme. Simmer.
