Ingredients:

  • Sirloin steak or top round steak
  • Aromatic herbs, tarragon, wild fennel, thyme, marjoram 
  • Shelled walnuts
  • Shelled green pistachios
  • Lemons
  • Mustard
  • EVOO
  • Maldon sea salt 

 

Directions:

Prepare a vinaigrette. Take the beef out of the freezer and slice very thin. Arrange sliced meat on a large platter, sprinkle the nut/herb mixture on top, season with the vinaigrette and sprinkle with Maldon sea salt.
