Discover Alsace Wines

The Alsace region is found in the far northeast corner of France and has a lot of Germanic influence given its proximity to Germany.

About Alsace

The German style is evident in the wines which skew primarily white and focus on cool-climate Varietals like Riesling and Gewürztraminer. The region also produces beautiful sparkling wines from a number of local grapes.

Alsace is dry and sunny. The region uses three key appellations: Alsace and Alsace Grand Cru for still white wines—both sweet and dry—as well as sparkling wine. Almost all the Grand Cru wines are made from one grape variety.
